Matt had a half day on Friday so we decided to head to Madison for the evening for a date! We started it out with miniature golf. It was a pretty tough course but we had a great time. Matt and I were only slightly competitive--I won by one point so I was happy!
There was a deal to do another activity so we decided it'd be fun to hit the batting cages. I forgot how fun it can be to swing a bat!
After our golfing experience, we headed to state street to enjoy walking around and some Ian's Pizza.
This picture is very unflattering, but the pizza was delicious!!! The pieces of pizza we got were steak and fries, BBQ chicken and bacon, and macaroni and cheese. They were all great!
For dessert, we went to Bluphies. We had a chocolate chip cookie dough egg roll with vanilla custard. It was sooo yummy. I love my cookie dough so it definitely hit the spot!
We finished off the evening with some shopping and a movie! I always love going to Madison and can't wait for our next adventure.
