Every year, my mom makes these delicious bird nests for Easter. I really wanted some to eat, and decided it'd be a good snack for a little girl's night. They are quick and easy to make! Just mix together and melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips. Then mix that with chow mein noodles! Easy peezy!
These pictures are very unflattering. Trust me, they are yummy!
Since I had never made them before, I wasn't sure how many I'd make... I ended up with quite a bit. But that's fine with me. More chocolate for me!!
